Shipping Within Norway: We offer free shipping on all orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on volume, Monday through Friday.
Order Cut-Off Time: 10:00 p.m.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING TIME
Standard Delivery Time: 7-20 business days.
Priority Delivery Time: 5-12 business days.
Business Days: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Notes: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as weather or transportation issues.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE
Report Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 24 hour of receiving the package at info@norviglow.com.
Resolution: We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Incorrect Address: NorviGlow is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your details before placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customized items are not eligible for return.
Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or does not match the description. In such cases, NorviGlow will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are issued via the original payment method.
RESTOCKING FEES
No Restocking Fees: NorviGlow does not charge restocking fees for returns.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For Defective Products: There are no costs for the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or has manufacturing defects.
For Change of Mind: The customer assumes the actual return shipping costs. This applies if the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the item.
UNACCEPTED PACKAGES OR MISSED PICKUPS
If a package is not accepted or is not collected from the designated parcel shop and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of $15 from the total refund amount to cover return shipping and handling costs.
